Executive Director

About the Role:

The Executive Director will play a critical leadership role, overseeing program operations, student engagement, and strategic partnerships. This individual will work closely with students, venture firms, and community partners while managing fundraising efforts and ensuring the program's financial and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, program development, and instructional activities.

• Build and strengthen relationships within the startup and venture capital ecosystem.

• Lead fundraising efforts and maintain fiduciary responsibilities.

• Foster an engaging, high-impact learning environment for students.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• 2-5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, private finance, or nonprofit leadership.

• Strong leadership, communication, and community-building skills.

• Passion for experiential education and developing future leaders.
